The Garrett Portable of the late 1850s stands proudly nearby, a pioneer in portable power, a lifeline for farms and small industries. You can almost hear the cheers of workers as these engines brought new efficiency to their trades.
Picture the Princess Marina of 1916, pulling a heavy load across a muddy field, its engine roaring with determination as a farmer waves in gratitude, marvelling at its strength and reliability. Nearby, the 1919 Garrett 5CD Suffolk Punch glides along gracefully, a symbol of endurance in a world still recovering from the Great War.
