Set against an intricately patterned olive green frame, this certificate represents 100 fully paid shares in North American Rockwell Corporation. It is dominated by a central allegorical figure symbolising agriculture and industry, seated beside early aerospace machinery. Issued on October 26, 1967, the certificate includes ornate security features, embossing, and mechanical punch cancellation, and is countersigned by prominent registrars including Bankers Trust Company and Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York.

Formed through the 1967 merger of North American Aviation and Rockwell-Standard Corporation, North American Rockwell would soon evolve into a major defence and aerospace contractor—playing a critical role in projects such as the Apollo Command Module. This transitional corporate identity was short-lived, with the firm later becoming Rockwell International, making these certificates particularly scarce. Designed and printed by Jeffries Banknote Company, the piece reflects Cold War-era ambition and industrial consolidation.

The certificate measures approximately 12 x 8 inches and is preserved in very good condition, with light archival wear and slight age toning. The reverse retains full transfer text and multiple validation stamps from Shearson, Hammill & Co., offering rich contextual interest for collectors of post-war American industry or Cold War ephemera.
